Proclamation for a Day of Remembrance for the 400th year journey of African Americans inclusive of the Randolph Freedmen

I attended the memorial observance presentation on “THE COMMUNITY BENEFIT” by Larry Hamilton today at the RANDOLPH & McCULLOCH FREEDOM’S STRUGGLE COMPLEX and offered the following Proclamation for “A Day of Remembrance” here in the City of Piqua on this day Tuesday, August 20th as the cited date of the historic landing of African enslaved laborers at Jamestown, VA in 1619 – 400 years ago.
